What to Expect When You Work With Us
We know that inviting a contractor into your home is a big deal. That's why we hold ourselves to a standard that goes beyond just the quality of the work, we show up when we say we will, communicate clearly throughout, and treat your home with the same respect we'd give our own.
Here's how a typical project unfolds:
Let's Talk
We start with a conversation to learn about your space, your goals, and your budget. No pressure, no hard sell, just an honest discussion about what's possible.
We Handle the Details
Permits, subcontractor coordination, material ordering, we take care of everything behind the scenes so your project starts smoothly and stays on track.
You Make the Decisions
We guide you through material selections like cabinets, tile, flooring, countertops, and fixtures. This allows us to build your quote around exactly what you want, not a ballpark guess.
We Get to Work
Our team completes and manages every phase of the build, from demo and structural work to cabinetry, flooring, lighting, ventilation, and finishing details, keeping you informed every step of the way.
We Build Your Plan
With your selections in hand, we walk the space, take any additional measurements, and put together a detailed scope and timeline so there are no surprises.
You Love Your Kitchen
We do a final walkthrough together, take care of any last details, and don't call it complete until you're genuinely happy with the result!
